1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information from Shopify APIs
When you install Zelt, we access the following data through Shopify's APIs solely to provide the app's forecasting functionality:
- Products and variants — product names, SKUs, inventory levels, and pricing
- Orders — historical order data including order dates, quantities, and product references (used to calculate sales velocity and forecast demand)
- Shop metadata — your store's name, currency, timezone, and plan type
- Inventory locations — to track stock levels across locations
We request the Shopify API access scopes necessary for the app to function. We do not request access to customer personal information (names, emails, addresses) or payment data.
2.2 Information You Provide Directly
- Account setup data — your store type selection during onboarding (e.g. Beauty, Clothing)
- Campaign and planning data — any campaign multipliers, reorder parameters, or notes you configure within the app
- Support communications — if you contact us, we retain the content of that communication
2.3 Automatically Collected Data
- Application logs — server-side logs recording API requests and errors for debugging. These include timestamps and shop identifiers but not personal customer data.
- Usage data — aggregate, anonymised metrics about which app features are used (e.g. forecast views, export actions), used to improve the product
